Bio

Lahana is a board-certified clinical nutritionist and CEO of Nuvitru Wellness. Nuvitru is a nutrition private practice based out of Austin, TX that helps women balance hormones and improve digestion using food as medicine. She has her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and completing her Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine in 2021. She is starting her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition in 2022. She became a young mom at 18 years old and currently has two kids, Isaiah and Faith, with her husband of 12 years, Doug. She resides in Austin, TX and loves to Netflix and read books to decompress!
