Erika Edholm Gammage is the co-founder and Director of Business Operations of Bloom + Blueprint, a Phoenix-based Event Planning + Design company. B+B was founded in 2015 by Erika and her life-long best friend with the goal of streamlining the event planning process and in the last 7 years has grown into a seven figure business, involved in hundreds of events a year. When she isn't planning events or driving her business, you can find her at home with her husband and three young kids.
What I want to get from The Club is...
I hope to learn from other like-minded women, specifically other momtreprenuers, as I navigate continuing to scale my business and juggle three kids four and under.
